I cannot say enough about the amazing quality and flavor of the food that Skimos coffee shop sells! I went for a coffee date with my girlfriend, and we both had a seasonal coffee and the Egg salad, avocado toast. The pumpkin spice latte was the perfect amount of pumpkin, coffee, and spices that was not overbearing. The avocado toast was the creamiest and most delicious I have ever had. This is a walk up and order restaurant. Your food will be brought to your table when it is complete, I believe this is a small family owned facility and they are definitely doing something right! The servers were kind and the food was brought out in a decent time. There are a small selection of seats that offer both booth and chair options. This is a great place to study or go catch up with a friend.

Great hidden gem. Very cozy and quiet coffee shop. We always have great experience at this coffee shop. They offer a great variety of drinks and food. Our favorite are their lattes. They are so flavorful with smooth and creamy taste. You can taste the difference in a quality of the coffee. We have tried their pastries and they were fresh and delicious. The place is super clean, quiet and welcoming. We liked the ambiance and the service was great too. They are very attentive and quick. We have felt welcomed and appreciated. We are highly recommend it and definitely will be back!!!

There are so many great coffee options, I had a hard time picking. Amazing service, staff is fantastic, and the overall vibe is welcoming, friendly, and comfortable. If I wasn't broke, I would go there every day. Thank you for being awesome!

Food is so yummy the egg salad toast is my favorite and the coffee is always good. Great place to study when its not too busy

I went here a few weeks ago when my gym was having my work done, and my back up gym is in the same parking lot. I didn't have good experiences here in the years prior but decided to give it another shot and it wasn't bad. The service was much better and quicker. I even noticed that they upgraded a little bit so things are obviously going good here. I went again today and was immediately greeted by the people working. They took my order and I had my cold brew and coffee cake in about 2 mins. I ended up sitting there for about an hour reading and saw that this newer team was operating much faster and seemed to care more about their guests coming in. It was rather impressive. My cold brew tasted good and I'm excited to have my coffee cake for dessert later. I'll be coming back here again and see if I continue to have the same positive experiences. Maybe it'll get up to a 5 if they keep it up.

4 years strong loving Skimos, there's no better way to start your day! My "everyday" order would be a blended coffee, but it doesn't hurt to try a pastry from their case once in a while.. you'll be pleasantly surprised !

Cute spot!! I got an iced vanilla latte with soft top was yummy! Came here to study- lots of seats available & it seems like this may be a popular spot for other students. I'd recommend headphones as the music can be a little loud 10/10 try them out!!

Nice menu selection for both food and drinks. Relaxing environment and not too loud or sunny. Great place to do work ! There is a back seating area, if the front gets full The staff was really helpful when I had questions about the food! Ended up getting a quinoa bowl !
